Things Needed.

1. Medical Cause of Death Certificate: This document, issued by the attending physician or the relevant medical authority, provides official information about the cause of death.
2. Electronic Birth Certificate of the Deceased (Trinidad & Tobago Nationals Only): If the deceased was a citizen of Trinidad & Tobago, please bring their electronic birth certificate to assist us in completing the necessary paperwork accurately.
3. Identification Card of the Deceased: Please provide an official identification card or any government-issued document that verifies the identity of the deceased.
